The California Board of Acupuncture was created in 1975 and is one of the newer regulatory boards in the state of California. The Board is responsible to monitor the practices of acupuncturist in the state. The board will deny your application for a license if you are found guilty of unprofessional conduct. If you are already a licensed California acupuncturist your license may be suspended or revoked if you are found guilty of using or possessing a controlled substance illegally. At Spital & Associates our California Acupuncture License defense attorneys will protect your license and support your best interests if you are under investigation.
Please note, there is a potential denial of an application for a license or suspension of a license for one’s failure to pay taxes. When considering your responsibility, it is important to obtain legal advice .
