WHICH LAWYER TO CHOOSE

Hello everyone. Imagine if all lawyers are the same? Well, they are NOT. Some call their clients “a case.” In sharp contrast, WE call prospective clients our “CAUSE.” Notice the differentiation with the letter “U” that stands for “YOU.” However, the difference and distinction are not only in the spelling, but it is the legally significant facts and principles f law, the subject matter, the goal, the purpose, and, therefore, WE are laser-focused on WHO YOU ARE.

You deserve to be treated with importance, respect, dignity, honor, excellence,  and, in particular, your unique personality, character, professional license and individual history. However, others — well they may not do so. In ranking them, they range from the worst to the best. Notice we do not characterize any as “bad” since they are not evil, nor are they unsophisticated and/or immoral. Rather, they are just regular and average in the content of their character, superficial in the work they perform, and mediocre in their role as an advocate. “Underwhelming” is the one word that summarizes what too many others accomplish. Fundamentally, many are just NOT passionate and excited about helping individuals; NOT sincere, NOT resourceful, NOT organized, NOT proactive, NOT effective, NOT relevant, as well as NOT accomplished, NOT highly skilled, and NOT enlightened. Lacking a directed and proven methodology, they are NOT decisive and determined to create a compelling, comprehensive, and lengthy written legal argument. But it is NOT just about others’ handling far more client cases, in all ways relying upon and relentlessly utilizing support personnel, whether chaotic or disengaged, perhaps the other attorney is simply unemotional about the outcome. On the other hand, WE know YOU want to feel worthy as a client. As such and to us of unique and pivotal significance is, YOU REALLY MATTER. Therefore, we continually maintain you should be defined by WHO YOU ARE and NOT what others perceive or conclude by a past issue and/or current incident. Accordingly, we want you to feel we care in the same way you would as our distinguished and welcome guest. Consequently, WE are sincerely fanatical about producing a winning result for YOU.
